🚨 It’s Time Vaccine Manufacturers Are Held Liable!

Following Rep. Paul Gosar’s reintroduction of H.R. 4668 — the End the Vaccine Carveout Act — Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined Charlie Kirk to explain how the vaccine industry has zero incentive to ensure safety, thanks to decades of legal immunity.

@seckennedy also highlights how, in states like NY, CA, ME, and CT, vaccines are mandated for schoolchildren, with no religious or philosophical exemptions allowed. Even medical exemptions are routinely denied — not by the child’s doctor, but by school district-contracted physicians who never examine the child or review their full medical history. These doctors often issue blanket rejections, ignoring legitimate contraindications, family history, or prior vaccine injuries.

In short: the system is broken. Parents are forced to vaccinate their children against their conscience or medical judgment just to access an education. And if their child is harmed? They cannot sue the manufacturer.
