IDF: The IDF struck a terrorist infrastructure site in Yemen, in the area of Sanaa

The IDF struck from a distance of 2,000 kilometers from Israel, deep inside Yemen, targeting an energy infrastructure site that served the Houthi terrorist regime.

The strikes were conducted in response to repeated attacks by the Houthi terrorist regime against the State of Israel and it’s citizens, including the launching of surface-to-surface missiles and UAVs toward Israeli territory.

The Houthi terrorist regime operates under the direction and funding of the Iranian regime, in order to harm the State of Israel and its allies. The terrorist regime exploits the maritime domain to project force and carry out terror activity against global shipping and trade routes.

IDF: IDF Troops Under the Southern Command Completed an Operation To Seal an Underground Tunnel Route Approximately 7 Kilometers Long in the Beit Hanoun Area

Since the start of the war, the IDF, led by the Southern Command, has been working to dismantle underground infrastructure belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip.

Over the past four weeks, the Southern Command’s Engineering Corps troops led a large-scale operation to seal a central underground tunnel route approximately 7 kilometers long, in the Beit Hanoun area of the northern Gaza Strip.

The operation was carried out in cooperation between the troops of the Southern Command’s Engineering Corps, the 99th and 162nd Divisions, the Yahalom Unit, and with the assistance of troops from the 646th, Givati, and the Northern Brigades. The operations involved pumping more than 20,000 cubic meters of sealing material through a dedicated system established along approximately 4.5 kilometers - from the border area near Netiv HaAsara to the heart of the underground tunnel route.

The operation was possible due to precise engineering planning, combining advanced technological capabilities and innovative methods implemented for the first time, this led to the complete sealing of the terror tunnel.

At the same time, the effort to dismantle underground tunnel routes in Beit Hanoun through neutralization continues, during which approximately 2.4 additional kilometers of underground infrastructure have been dismantled so far.

The two combined efforts resulted in significant damage to the Beit Hanoun Battalion and its operational defeat.

The sealing of the tunnel route constitutes another blow to Hamas’ terrorist infrastructure, both above and below ground.

IDF: The IDF Continues Its Operational Activity in the Gaza Strip

On August 9th, 2025, the IDF, directed by the ISA, struck in the area of Khan Yunis, and eliminated Nasser Musa, a key terrorist in the Rafah Brigade, who served as the Head of Hamas' Military Control Department.

The terrorist was responsible for the operational readiness and exercises of the Rafah Brigade, which advanced and carried out terrorist attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians during the war.

IDF: Earlier today, during engineering works near Duma, dozens of Palestinian terrorists hurled rocks toward an IDF soldier who was off duty and an Israeli civilian who was present at the scene.
In response, the soldier fired warning shots into the air.

The terrorists continued to hurl rocks, and in response, the soldier fired to remove the threat, and a hit was identified.
Following this, the terrorists attempted to grab the soldier's weapon.

Upon receiving the report, additional IDF soldiers were dispatched to the scene. The incident has concluded.

Troops of the 401st Brigade, under the command of the 162nd Division, are operating deep within Daraj Tuffah in the northern Gaza Strip.

The troops, in coordination with the Yahalom Unit, uncovered an underground tunnel route approximately one kilometer long, which was mostly dismantled in central Daraj Tuffah. The troops eliminated dozens of terrorists and dismantled tunnel shafts and military structures used by the terrorist organizations.

The troops located weapons in the area, including missile launchers, pistols, and ammunition. An additional missile launcher and launch canisters were also found in a cemetery in Daraj Tuffah.

Troops of the Southern Command continue to operate in the Gaza Strip against the terrorist organizations in order to protect the civilians of Israel.

Over the past few hours, 110 aid packages, containing food for the residents of the Gaza Strip were airdropped by six different countries. Since the beginning of airdrop operations, a total of 785 aid packages have been delivered, each package containing hundreds of kilograms of food.

Joint IDF and Israel Border Police Announcement:

Overnight (Monday), IDF and Israeli Border Police forces, under the direction of the ISA, operated in the area of Barta'a.

The forces conducted searches in over 50 structures, where they located and confiscated combat equipment and hundreds of thousands in terrorist funds, as well as apprehended two suspects.

Simultaneously, IDF soldiers operated in several locations across Judea and Samaria. The forces operated in Hebron and Yata, apprehending four wanted individuals, and an additional wanted individual was apprehended in Tulkarm.

The IDF, Israel Border Police, and the ISA will continue to operate wherever required in order to thwart terrorism and maintain the safety of Israeli civilians.

In addition, an underground tunnel route, approximately 300 meters long was dismantled, and dozens of tunnel shafts, numerous weapons, rockets, and launchers were located by the soldiers in the area.

IDF: In an Activity With Four Simultaneous Targets: IDF Troops Located and Confiscated Weapons in Southern Syria

Overnight, troops of the 226th Brigade under the command of the 210th Division, in cooperation with field investigators from Unit 504, completed a mission involving on-site questioning of several suspects involved in weapons trafficking in the Hader area in southern Syria.

Following prior intelligence surveillance and an in-depth field investigation, the troops entered four locations simultaneously and located numerous weapons that the suspects had been trafficking.

Troops of the 210th Division remain deployed in the area, continuing to operate and prevent the entrenchment of any terrorist elements in Syria, with the aim of protecting Israeli civilians, and in particular, the residents of the Golan Heights.
