近日，垃圾堆站长正在宣传其“接盘侠计划”——招收 ICC 难民，允许 ICC 用户在垃圾堆站点内继承 ICC 的上传下载数据。

但 @PTfxq 发现垃圾堆站长涉及黑灰产活动，请各位 PTer 谨慎注册垃圾堆，以防成为黑产盘中餐。

此外，个人信息的保护在本频道已经是老生常谈的问题了，@PTfxq 推荐使用完全独立的国外邮箱、高强度密码、独立无其他关联的用户名来注册 PT 账号。

AB 更改了 VPN 使用规则，现在可以使用非固定 IP 和共享 IP 了，但是需要账号满足一定条件：

- 账号等级最低为 User
- 开了两周的 2FA
- 过去三十天内 IP 没有跨国变动
- 目前是从用户自己的家宽 IP 登录
- 账号没有戴小红帽

Changes to VPN rules
VPNs are becoming more popular with our users and the staff pm process is a clear bottleneck. We've decided to relax our stance on VPNs with two major changes:
1.VPNs no longer require a static and unshared IP.
2.Users can now self-manage their approved IP addresses here.

You can find this feature on your settings page. To use this feature, you will need to meet these criteria:
- Class of at least User
- Two-factor authentication enabled and active for at least 2 weeks since last change
- No country jumps in last 30 days
- Currently logged-in from you、r residential IP
- Account must be in good standing
