በመቀሌ ወጣቱ ዶክተር ማንነታቸው ባልታወቁ ሀይሎች ተገደሉ😭😭😭😭 በትግራይ ክልል ዋና ከተማ መቀሌ እሁድ እለት የተፈጠረው ድርጊት በርካቶችን አሳዝኗል፡፡ ብዙዎችም ‹‹ልብ ሰባሪና አስደንጋጭ›› ሲሉ ክስተቱን ገልፀውታል፡፡ የ37 አመቱ ረዳት ፕሮፌሰር መብርሀቱ አባይ ስዩም እሁድ ነሀሴ 4 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ምሽት ላይ ከስራቸው ወጥተው ወደቤታቸው በመሄድ ላይ ነበሩ፡፡

ይሁንና ማንነታቸው ባልታወቁ አካላትና ምንነቱ ባልታወቀ ምክንያት ቤታቸው መድረስ ሳይችሉ ቀርተዋል፡፡ ከጎንደር ዩኒቨርስቲ በጤና መኮንንነት የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪያቸውን ያገኙት ረዳት ፕሮፌሰሩ የሁለተኛ ዲግሪያቸውን ከአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ያገኙ ናቸው፡፡ በአክሱም ዩኒቨርስቲ በምህርነትና በተመራማሪነት እንዲሁም በሀላፊነት ተቀጥረው ይሰሩ የነበሩት ረዳት ፕሮፌሰር መብርሀቱ አባይ ከ20 በላይ የጥናት ህትመቶችን ያሳተሙ ናቸው፡፡

የ2 ልጆች አባት የሆኑት እኚህ ወጣት ዶክተር እሁድ ምሽት ላይ ባጋጠማቸው ያልታወቀ ጥቃት ከዚህ አለም በሞት ተለይተዋል፡፡ የመቀሌ ከተማ ፖሊስም ሆነ የክልሉ የፀጥታ ቢሮ እስካሁን በግድያው ላይ ያለው ነገር የለም፡፡

የጤና ባለሙያዎች የብቃት ምዘና ፈተና ዛሬ ይጠናቀቃል፡፡

የብቃት ምዘና ፈተናው ከሁሉም የመንግሥት እና የግል ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ለተመረቁ የጤና ባለሙያዎች ከነሐሴ 07/2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እየተሰጠ ነው፡፡

በ17 የጤና ሙያ መስኮች በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ የተመረቁ 14,353 ባለሙያዎች በ31 የመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች (የፈተና ማዕከላት) የብቃት ምዘና ፈተናውን እየወሰዱ እንደሚገኙ ተገልጿል፡፡

ከጤና ሚኒስቴር፣ ከክልል እና ከተለያዩ ዩኒቪርሲቲዎች የተውጣጡ ከ900 በላይ ባለሙያዎች በብቃት ምዘና ፈተናው አሰጣጥ ላይ እየተሳተፉ ይገኛሉ።

ከነሃሴ 7 - 9 /2017 ዓ.ም. የሚካሄደውን የጤና ባለሙያዎች የብቃት ምዘና ፈተና በተመለከተ የተያያዘውን መመሪያ ሰነድ (Protocol) በጥንቃቄ እንድታነቡ እያሳሰብን፣ መረጃው የፈተና ቀናት፣ የጊዜ ሰሌዳ ፣ የሚያስፈልጉ ሰነዶች፣ እንዲሁም ሊከለከሉ የሚችሉ ነገሮችን ያጠቃልላል።

በእሳት አደጋ ውስጥ ስኬታማ ቀዶ ጥገና ያካሄዱት ሐኪሞች

ድንገተኛ እና ያልታሰበ ከባድ አደጋ ሊያውም የእሳት አደጋ ሲከሰት ራስን ለማዳን የያዙትን ጥሎ መሸሽ ሁሉም ሊያደርገው የሚችለው የሰው ልጅ ተፍጥሯዊ ባህሪ መሆኑ እሙን ነው፡፡

ነገር ግን አንዳንድ ጊዜ ይህን የሚፈታተን ሁኔታም ይፈጠራል።

ከሰሞኑን በወላይታ ሶዶ ኮምፕሪሄንሲቭ እና ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል በተከሰተው የእሳት አደጋ ወቅት ዶ/ር ደመቀ ዳዊት እና የቀዶ ሕክምና ቡድኑ አባላት የገጠማቸውን ነገርም ይህን የሚገልጽ ነው።

ጉዳዩን አስመልክቶ ኢቢሲ ያነጋገራቸው ዶ/ር ደመቀ ዳዊት "ከ2 ሰዓት በላይ የፈጀውን ከባድ የቀዶ ሕከምና አገልግሎት መስጠት ጀምረን እያለ ያላሰብነው ዱብዳ አጋጠመን" ሲሉ የእሳት አደጋውን ገልጸውታል።

በሰዓቱ ከባድ ውድመት ያስከተለው የእሳት አደጋ እነርሱ አገልግሎት የሚሰጡበትን ህንጻ ከጥቅም ውጪ ማድረግ መጀመሩን የሚገልጹት ዶ/ር ደመቀ፤ ቀሪዎቹን 40 ደቂቃዎች ህንጻው እየተቃጠለም ቢሆን አማራጭ ስላልነበረ ለታካሚ ሕይወት ቅድሚያ ለመስጠት መወሰናቸውን አስረድተዋል፡፡

ህንጻው ውስጥ የነበሩ ሰዎች በሙሉ ራሳቸውንና ንብረት ለማትረፍ ሲሯሯጡ እንደነበር የሚያስታውሱት ዶ/ር ደመቀ፤ የሕክምና ሙያ ሥነ-ምግባር ከራስ ይልቅ ለታካሚ ሕይወት ቅድሚያ እንደሚሰጥ ተናግረዋል፡፡

በጊዜው ሰመመን ውስጥ የነበሩት ታካሚ ያንን ሁሉ ውጥንቅጥ እንደማያስታውሱ የነገሩን አቶ ያዕቆብ ቴጋ፣ ከሰመመን ሲነቁ አደጋው ያስከተለውን ውድመት ተመልክተዋል።

ከዚህ አደጋ ለመትረፍ ምክንያት የሆኗቸውን የሕክምና ቡድኑን ያምሰገኑት ታካሚው፣ "ፈጣሪ በጥበቡ ከአደጋው አውጥቶኛል" ሲሉም ነው የገለጹት፡፡

የታካሚው ቤተሰቦችም ጭንቀት ውስጥ እንደነበሩ ያስታወሱት አቶ ያዕቆብ፣ ከባድ ውድመት ካስከተለው የእሳት አደጋ በኋላ በመልካም ጤንነት ላይ የሚገኙ ሲሆን አሁን ላይ በማገገሚያ ክፍል ክትትል እየተደረገላቸው ነው፡፡
