1. Acceptance
Firstly you need to address the actual situation and accept it that it already happened and i can't change or do anything about it

I accept that it happened and I create peace with it .

2 . Build trust in yourself
When you don't trust ourselves we seek validation outside and that makes us dependent on others.

Say this 👇 to yourself by standing in front of a mirror and look into your eyes

I trust myself and i call all my powers back to from every place , people, dimensions,portal,timeline where i left it back to me .
I am the center of my life. I am the main character of my life.

Keep repeating it till you feel power inside .
