I've suffered from severe #anxiety my entire life. As a child I would do anything it took be accepted and loved. I was lonely. I felt like a freak that no one wanted to be around. I had no friends. So I masked and morphed myself into someone that would be accepted all the way into my adulthood. I lost me. I lost who I truly was in the pursuit of connection and love. I really had no idea what I was doing at the time, but it felt safer than being myself, it was a protective mechanism.

As I got older, the anxiety and constant masking slowly started to deteriorate my physical body. I started having physical symptoms that progressed each year until I finally broke. My nervous system completely shattered.

I have been beyond blessed to be able to call social media my job. I will never ever be able to thank this community enough for how it has changed my life. Some will think maybe it's the monetary gain that changed my life the most...but it's not. In so many ways, this job has been like a mirror to the wounds that I didn't know existed. It showed me that I don't view success the same as others do. It took reaching it to realize that. So I finally listened. I pulled back. I stepped out of the box that everyone strives to fit into and I started listening to my body.

When I need rest, I rest. When I need space, I give space. I no longer push it to do more, be more, be good enough. Because I am already enough. And so are you. Let your pain be your guide, your mirror, to what needs to be wrapped in love, and you will heal too less.

The truck crossed into the path of a Chrysler Town & Country, which became wedged under the trailer. The victims — a 30-year-old man from Florida City, a 37-year-old woman from Pompano Beach, and a 54-year-old man from Miami — all died at the scene. Florida Highway Patrol says this is an active traffic homicide investigation and no other updates will be given until the investigation closes, 120 days or more.
