I met up with Jim Ferguson in London recently, the meeting catalysed by Fiona Hine. I liked Jim. He seems a genuine person. He’s mostly been an entrepreneur before attempting to become a Westminster MP in 2019.

Since the covid nonsense started, Jim has run “Freedom Train International”.

Jaymie & Gareth's charity bike ride, dedicated to the memory of their sister Kerry - who stood with those grieving or living with injuries caused by the jab - has brought about more change than they may realise.

🦋It was my 40th birthday picnic this weekend, and it was such a wonderful day. Thank you to everyone who came; I’ll be uploading an album later!

But something really special happened... A red admiral butterfly joined us for the entire day. It wasn’t just passing through - it stayed. It landed on a few of us, and then a friend encouraged me to put my hand out. The butterfly landed and continued to return to me throughout the day, even when I wasn’t trying!

Some of you know how much butterflies mean to me. Since the beginning of my sobriety journey, I’ve carried the quote: ‘When the caterpillar thought her life was over, she began to fly.’ I wear a bangle with those words engraved, it has been with me since day one.

A friend at the picnic reminded me of the deeper spiritual meaning of butterflies. They symbolise transformation, hope, endurance, and the soul’s ability to navigate change. They show up when you’re moving from one phase of life into another - when you’re becoming something freer, lighter, and more aligned.

Another friend gently shared that butterflies can also be messengers - a visit from a loved one who has passed. In many traditions, they’re seen as spirits of those we love, letting us know they’re close.

I believe both. I believe my dad visited me that day. And I believe the butterfly was a reminder that I am on the right track.

The first half of this year has been intense and at times heavy, but I know in my heart: the second half will be better. Lighter. Brighter. And full of flight. 🦋

💗Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes, today I’m celebrating my 40th, and I’m feeling deeply grateful💗

To mark the occasion, I’m sharing an album of golden memories from the last five and a half years; moments of joy, protest, defiance, connection, and everything in between.

Some of you might remember my birthday in July 2021. Let’s just say… it was one for the books. After a few too many tipples following a rally in Trafalgar Square, I decided to handcuff myself to the gates of Number 10. The police didn’t see the fun in it. I spent the night and my whole birthday in custody and was released at midnight with the custody sergeant saying “Happy Birthday” in their usual cold, robotic tone, while releasing me on bail... again. Not exactly cake and candles, but definitely unforgettable!

🎉This year, I plan to spend part of my birthday weekend with some of you beautiful souls tomorrow, in St James’s Park, London at 2pm - everyone is welcome🎉

From police cells to parks full of love - it feels like a full-circle moment!

Over the years, my birthday has often landed on rally weekends, and honestly, you - the people - have made those days some of the most meaningful of my life.

Thank you for your continued love, your fierce support, and your energy. You’ve helped carry me through, and I’m raising a glass (of Nozecco!) to every single one of you.

"If you know their name, they're in the game."

What an absolutely ridiculous, self-defeating mindset. That phrase gets tossed around in the freedom/truth movement like gospel, but it's pure poison.

Think about it: You're saying that every single person who's publicly standing up, risking their life, reputation, career, family - for truth, freedom, and justice - is automatically a plant or controlled opposition... just because you’ve heard of them? Seriously?

That’s not critical thinking. That’s indoctrination wearing a tinfoil hat.

This kind of thinking does exactly what 'they' want; it ensures there's zero unity, zero leadership, zero momentum. It breeds suspicion, paralysis, and nihilism.

So you trust no one, follow no one, build nothing, and fight nothing. You sit in a corner, pointing fingers at everyone who’s actually moving.

Newsflash: If they’ve got a name, it usually means they’ve DONE something. Said something. Moved something.

It doesn’t mean they’re part of the machine; it means they’ve stood up, and now the machine wants you to turn against them.

And no, I’m not talking about your Trumps, Musks, Farages, Joneses, or Brands. I’m talking about the real ones - people who’ve put skin in the game, taken risks, spoken out with clarity and courage, and tried to lead or organise in meaningful ways. The ones who actually threaten the narrative. As soon as they gain a bit of traction or get smeared by some MSM rag, suddenly the finger-pointing starts: “Controlled opposition!” It’s lazy, it’s destructive, and it plays right into their hands.

Wake up. Stop doing the enemy's job for them.

Not everyone’s a saviour, but not everyone’s a psyop either.

Learn to discern instead of dismiss.

If you keep falling for this, we won’t stand a chance against the next Trojan Horse, and we all know what that is...
