During the night of August 9-10, 2025, resistance units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a stationary route radar complex TRLK-10 "Skala-M" in the settlement of Abrykosivka, on the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The TRLK-10 "Skala-M" is a Soviet-Russian route radar complex that includes both primary and secondary capabilities for detecting aerial targets. It is designed to monitor air traffic in the sky—particularly on routes and in approach zones—making it a critical component of the air traffic control system. The radar's operational range is up to 350 km.

The destruction of this radar will significantly weaken the enemy's use of aviation, which the occupiers utilize to strike civilian infrastructure and peaceful residents.

The Forces of Unmanned Systems continue their campaign to destroy the enemy's oil industry capabilities.

Last night, operators of the 14th Separate UAS Regiment of the Unmanned Systems Forces, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, struck the Saratov Oil Refinery (Saratov Region, Russia).

The Saratov Refinery is one of the oldest oil processing facilities in Russia and is part of the Rosneft oil company structure. Its total annual oil processing capacity is 7.2 million tons.

The facility produces over 20 types of products, including unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil of all major grades, bitumen, vacuum gas oil, and technical sulfur.

As a result of the strike, a large-scale fire broke out on the premises, and significant damage was inflicted on the plant's production facilities.

🔴 Regarding the Trump-Putin negotiations in Alaska

1. Putin did not announce any new conditions before these negotiations. The previously stated conditions essentially amount to Ukraine's capitulation and a voluntary surrender of 25% of its territory. Russia has proposed this repeatedly in the past.

2. The U.S. has not outlined any new guarantees for enforcing this agreement or ensuring Ukraine's security. Ukraine already signed peace agreements with Putin in 2014-2015, which Putin violated, despite France and Germany acting as guarantors. Trump is offering a deal but does not want to act as a guarantor himself. This means that peace now will likely lead to Russia violating the agreement again and a resumption of war in a few years under the same scenario.

3. Putin has willingly negotiated peace with the U.S. and the European Union for the past 11 years. He knows that Western leaders change over time, and with them, personal guarantees and commitments also disappear. Russia's negotiations with Western countries have one goal: to divide NATO's unified stance on Russia and prevent further strengthening of sanctions and restrictions.

4. Russian forces continue their intensive attacks along the entire front. Under the cover of peace negotiations, the enemy is trying to fully capture Ukraine's Donbas region. The aim is to shift the focus of negotiations from Ukraine's withdrawal from Donbas to the recognition of the occupation.

Conclusions:

1. Putin will drag out negotiations with Trump; a quick resolution will not happen.

2. Russia's military operation to fully capture Donbas will intensify. Donbas has been and remains the key theater of military operations. Ukraine must make every effort to build a modern defensive line in Sloviansk and Kramatorsk in Donbas. The defense of Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad must be immediately strengthened.

3. Ukraine will hold strong positions in negotiations only if it can halt the Russian offensive for several months. The resources for such effective defense and to eliminate enemy assault units are fully sufficient—this is not just my opinion but also the conclusion of dozens of commanders I have spoken with. Deploying combat-ready corps is essential here. The only guarantee of Ukraine’s security in negotiations is a capable army that can stop the enemy with the power of its weapons.

​In Russia, only one passenger aircraft was produced in half a year out of the planned 15 units.

The large-scale program to revive the aviation industry, which the Russian authorities launched shortly after initiating the full-scale war against Ukraine, with plans to produce dozens of aircraft per year, is failing. Out of the 15 passenger planes planned for this year, Russian manufacturers managed to deliver only one to carriers.

According to the original program plan approved two years ago, Russian aircraft factories were supposed to produce 5 civilian planes in 2023, add another 40 last year, and this year increase production to 82 units—a level never achieved in modern Russian history.

In reality, during 2022-2025, the civilian aviation fleet was supplemented by only 13 new aircraft—12 Superjets and one Tu-214. Moreover, the latter is not used for passenger transportation: it is used by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov.
