Life sure has a way of throwing curve balls at us! And those balls come in the form of unexpected eventualities, challenges - or opportunities - that usually completely dis-rail and disrupt our plans (and any corresponding expectations…!)

Whether it’s a plane delay that then leads to a missed connecting flight and the subsequent change of plans, or a chance encounter with someone in an unlikely place or even perhaps a sudden illness or Earth realm passing of someone or something we are attached to - these moments serve to remind us that control, much like most of life, is merely an illusion.

Or in the words of John Lennon,

“Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.”

So how can we best navigate the curve balls of life so as to maintain our highest vibrations and thus ensure a happy new timeline?

The secret lies in managing our expectations. And managing our reactions.

It’s all really very simple, but like everything, takes practice.

Managing expectations means staying open to ALL outcomes - while simultaneously surrendering and trusting that all is unfolding for the highest good.

And managing reactions is really just about pausing before responding… and that right there will give you unlimited confidence and allow your light to shine a bit brighter ✨🌟✨

This isn’t woo-woo talk. This is raw trust in ourselves and Source. A skill many of us are here to learn to remember 😉 Whilst cynicism is the new norm in matrix world - leaning into trust takes, well, trust (and a large sprinkle of faith).

Life will always give us curve balls. Because they test our adaptability and make us let go of what we thought should happen - instead getting us to respond in ways that ultimately lead to more growth 💪💫
