✍️Contents of NGAT (Based on previous year exam)
👉Verbal reasoning
👉Quantitative reasoning
👉Analytical reasoning

✍️Remember: The exam will be the same for all candidates, regardless of their educational background this time.

                 1. Verbal reasoning
✍️The Verbal Reasoning contains mainly the following types of questions.
👉Reading Comprehension
👉Sentence Completion
👉Vocabulary and
👉Sentence Equivalence

                2. Quantitative reasoning
✍️Quantitative reasoning contains the basic Mathematical facts and Concepts and tests your ability to understand them and being able to apply them to real world scenarios.

Some Examples
👉Percentage, ratio, age problems,...
👉Squares, Square roots, exponent laws, Simple world problems that involve equations in one and two Variables,
👉Linear equations in one and two variables inequalities
👉Comparison questions,
👉Mean, Median, Mode, quartiles, declies, Probability....
👉Perimeter, area... regular polygons

               3. Analytical Reasoning
✍️Analytical questions that frequently appear in GAT includes
👉Syllogism
👉Small paragraph understanding
👉Graph, histogram,.... interpretation

✍️Syllogism is a valid deductive argument having two premises and Conclusion.

ብዙዎቻችሁ የቴሌግራም ቤተሰቦቻችን ሀገር አቀፍ የድህረ ምረቃ መግቢያ ፈተና (#NGAT) ምዝገባ ጊዜን እየጠየቃችሁን ትገኛላችሁ። ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ምዝገባው በቅርብ ጊዜ እንደሚጀመር አስታውቋል። የምዝገባው ጊዜ ሲገለፅ በዚሁ ቴሌግራም ቻናላችን (@GATExams) የምናሳውቃችሁ ስለሆነ በትእግስት እንድትጠባበቁ እንጠይቃለን።

ምዝገባው እስኪጀመር ድረስ እሰከአሁን ባለው መረጃ ለምዝገባው የሚያስፈልጋችሁን ከዚህ በታች የተገለፁትን መረጃዎች አሟሉ።

👉 ብሄራዊ መታወቂያ (#National_ID) ያስፈልጋል ያላወጣችሁ ቀድማችሁ አውጡ

👉 የሚሰራ E-mail ይኑራችሁ (የይለፍ ቃሉን የምታስታውሱት ከሌላችሁ አዲስ ክፈቱ)

👉 3×4 የሆነ ፎቶ አዘጋጁ (በSoft copy መሆን አለበት) በስልካችሁ፣በፍላሽ ወይንም ላብቶፕ ላይ አስቀምጡት), JPEG, PNG, GIF ወይንም JPG መሆን አለበት ካልሆነ ሲስተሙ አይቀበልም።

👉 የምትጠቀሙበትን ስልክ ቁጥር

👉ቴሌ ብር አካውንት ይኑራችሁ (ምዝገባው ሲጀመር 750 ብር የምትከፍሉት)

👉ሌላው ወሳኝ ነገር የምትማሩበትን ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሳይሆን ለፈተና አሁን ካላችሁበት የሚቀርባችሁን ምረጡ። ማለፊያ ውጤት ካመጣችሁ ቡኋላ የፈለጋችሁት ዩኒቨርሲቲ መማር ትችላላችሁ።

👉የመስማት፣ የማየት ወይንም ሌላ አካላዊ ችግር ካለባችሁ ምዝገባ ላይ አስመዝግቡ እገዛ ስለሚያስፈልጋችሁ ፈተና ጣቢያ ውስጥ አጋዥ እንድመደብላችሁ።

ሌላ የትምህርት መረጃ፣ ስፖንሰር፣ትራንስክሪፕት #ለNGAT አያስፈልጉም‼️

ይሄ መረጃ ከባለፈው ዓመት ተሞክሮ፣ ከት/ት ሚኒስቴር የNGAT መመዝገቢያ portal እና ከሚኒስቴር መስሪያቤቱ ይፋዊ ማህበራዊ ገፅ የተወሰደ ነው። ወደፊት የሚጨመር ወይንም የሚቀነስ ነገር ካለ ቀድመን እናሳውቃችኋለን። ተከታተሉን።

👉 For reference, last year's AAU GAT passing marks were:

👉 MSc: >= 40 Percentile
👉 PhD: >= 50 Percentile

⭐ Note: This year's passing marks are not yet confirmed. We will share updates as soon as official information is available.

2. What should I do if I missed my scheduled GAT exam?

👉 If you missed your scheduled GAT exam, please contact the AAU Testing Center directly. They are located on the main campus at 6 Kilo, near Get 5.
