🇺🇸 The U.S. banking regulator has announced that banks are now allowed to hold cryptocurrency specifically for paying network fees on blockchains.

This isn’t about investments — it’s a technical necessity that enables banks to process transactions in digital networks.

It marks the first step toward allowing traditional financial institutions to integrate with crypto infrastructure on an everyday, practical level.
