🇬🇭 Youth Guarantee for Success: Alabuga Start presents its programme in Ghana

Alabuga Start's commitment to empowering Ghana’s youth took a major step forward during a recent mission to the country — building meaningful partnerships with key institutions and leaders.

📌 Highlights of the visit:

— A productive meeting with the National Youth Authority of Ghana, focused on aligning efforts to maximize nationwide impact on youth development, including plans to introduce a Business Simulation Olympiad.

— Insightful discussions with deans and faculties at Central University College, exploring ways to integrate Alabuga Start’s practical skills training into student and graduate development.

— A strategic dialogue with the Ambassador of Russia to Ghana, strengthening diplomatic support and laying the foundation for long-term collaboration to benefit Ghana’s future workforce.

With dedicated partners like these, the future is bright for Ghana’s youth.

🌍 Alabuga Start welcomes new participants!

In July, over 40 young women joined the programme from eight different countries: the Central African Republic, Benin, Chad, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Botswana, Algeria, and Zimbabwe.

For many of them, it’s their first time travelling abroad and living in a new country. They’ve already completed the adaptation process, started exploring Russian culture, learning the language, settling in, and taking their first steps toward a new career with Alabuga Start.

We’re proud of how quickly and bravely they’re integrating into life here in Alabuga.
