: The EU's own legal experts (one a former ECJ judge) confirm what I've said all along - sanctions on JOURNALISTS like me violate EU law.

I'm banned from travelling, working, accessing my accounts & supporting my family WITHOUT a hearing or due process. The legal opinion goes even further:

- The EU Parliament has clear legal grounds to file for an annulment of sanctions as a tool against alleged "disinformation"

- The "EU has crossed the Rubicon by limiting a freedom [of expression] that is quintessential to its identity." This year I became the first journalist inside the EU to be sanctioned for my pro-Palestine coverage.

The legal opinion for the EU Parliament warns the sanctions are "liable to deter journalists and others from exercising their right to freedom of expression and information".

To anyone paying attention it's clear that these sanctions have nothing to do with "fighting disinformation" and everything to do with crushing dissent within the EU.

The self-proclaimed “only democracy” in the Middle East — led by war criminals with ICC arrest warrants — is now about to pass a law, in the midst of a genocide, to legalize the killing of Palestinians, possibly exclusively.

Francesca Albanese new report reveals how states actively enabled Israel’s oppression of Palestinians.

In Germany’s case:
- Knowingly provided arms and logistical support to Israel during a period recognized by international bodies as constituting genocide.

-Used its diplomatic influence to delay or weaken international ceasefire efforts.

-Ignored binding international obligations under the Genocide Convention and Arms Trade Treaty.
Is subject to international legal scrutiny for complicity and failure to prevent genocide.

Germany’s Role in Diplomatic Cover and Delayed Ceasefires

Germany together with the Netherlands and other Western states, Germany promoted the phrase “sustained ceasefire” — described in the report as watering down demands for an immediate and permanent cessation of violence.


ICJ noted that by May 2024, Third States, including Germany, had “actual or constructive knowledge” of genocide risk in Gaza — thus they had a heightened duty to prevent and cease assistance.
