Today I want to share my life experience regarding the subject of the recent poll I shared. I was born and lived in a Hindu family from one of the prosperous states of India. My family had a strong faith in all aspects of Hinduism and its rituals. Throughout my childhood I was taught to worship the Gods. I was a pure theist back then. I learned that Hinduism also teaches people to be polytheists as there exists many Gods but contrary to it Hinduism also has a concept of monotheism. In Hinduism, 'Parmatma' is called the supreme God that resides in all living entity. Hinduism teaches people that all natural forces like wind, water, fire, soil, sky represent spiritual spirits. So Hinduism can also be categorised into animism. Hinduism teaches that the God and the Universe are identical and incorporates pantheistic elements. Many Hindu texts also describe the divinity as both immanent within creation and also transcendent. Even Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism are all branches of Hinduism. Ultimately, Hinduism can be described as an open source software (religion) that operates on many beliefs. As I grew into a teenager, I faced many negative circumstances which made me think about religion and faiths. I then became an atheist by not believing in the existence of God. When I turned into an adult, I researched and studied various topics like flatearth. I then even started to gain knowledge about different religions and their texts like the Bible and the Quran. I found out many similarities between various religious texts. Now that I have read this much, I have become an agnostic person. Throughout my journey, I believed in every faith... from being polytheist to aethiest to agnostic. So, as we progress our thoughts about religion and faith, we describe ourselves according to our progression. I have learned that people and their thoughts change according to time and that 'Change is the only law of nature'. I find myself to be flexible with thoughts and I also recommend people about doing so.
