There was a time on my healing journey when all I wanted was for everyone I loved to experience the same freedom I had found, the deep liberation, the peace, the connection to self and spirit. I would try so hard to help, to fix, to show them the way.

But eventually, I learned that we can’t save people from their suffering. We can only love them through it, hold space without attachment, and honor their divine timing.

Even if it’s someone close, your partner, your friend, we must resist the urge to “rescue” and instead trust the process of their soul.

When they ask, when they reach out to you, then there is a soul contract. Until then, love is allowing.

Let people have their path.

Be the light, not the force.
