My name is vanessa, and I am the proud mother of four beautiful children. Being their mom has always been my greatest purpose—teaching them, guiding them, and surrounding them with love.

Eight months ago, my children were unlawfully taken from me with no explanation. They were placed into foster care without notifying family or kinship members who could have cared for them. My four children, all under the age of eight, were even vaccinated without my consent and without any court order being shown to me. Since then, I have not been given a case plan, a warrant, or even the results of what was used to justify tearing us apart.

The placement of my children was three hours away from our home, which forced me into homelessness. I now find myself on the streets of Atlanta while also witnessing my children being neglected and traumatized in foster care. My rights as a mother have been violated and stripped from me, and I am fighting every day to bring my children home.

I am asking for support to cover two critical needs:
1. Housing stability – securing a safe place to live so that I can meet the requirements to bring my children home.
2. Legal representation – hiring an attorney who can fight for me and protect my children from further harm.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps me take one step closer to being reunited with my children and giving them back the stability and love they deserve.
