COUNCIL TAX
⚠️ ASK them to provide the COURT ORDER (called a "liability order") they can NEVER 🧾PRODUCE IT and breach the TRIBUNAL COURTS AND ENFORCEMENT ACT 2007, the minute you ASK in WRITING! ⚠️
🚫 Do NOT engage in any discussion with fake 'bailiffs' for Council Tax—these are just debt collectors, NOT real bailiffs! 🚫 Move any car away so they can't clamp it (illegally) onto someone else's property until the matter is taken back (or passed back) to the Council.
✉️ Use the 4-letter process to make the Council take back the debt from their unauthorised debt collector.
✅ If you refuse to deal with these debt collection sub-contractors, the debt will eventually return to the Council without their unlawful fees. They can hold onto it for up to 12 months, but you can speed up the process using the 4-letter method.
⚠️ If they take anything, it's THEFT. If they break in, it's BURGLARY.
➡️ Report them for these criminal offences if they attempt to take anything.
➡️ They DO NOT have a court order or warrant—ask to see it!
➡️ The only way they can take anything is if you voluntarily hand it over.
📸 Take a picture of any "warrant" or "Liability Order" they present—it will be fake as no order EXISTS for Council Tax!
🐒 The Council is simply outsourcing the workload to a third-party "monkey"—refuse to engage and deal only with the "organ grinder" (the Council itself).
🚫 These debt collectors have NO legal authority—they are just subcontractors without a court order.
⚖️ Their actions breach the Tribunal Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
📜 A High Court case (Leighton vs. Bristow & Sutor) exposed them in September 2023—they can NEVER produce actual court authority, only a letter from the Council. Always demand to see a court order in advance of any threatened visit.
🏛️ ONLY deal with the Council for Council Tax—they are the only legal entity with the authority to levy a tax, as shown by their Coat of Arms. This authority CANNOT be delegated to a sub-contractor.
