This weekend, the President of Columbia stood on an NYC street and, speaking in Spanish, told a huge crowd he was putting forth a UN resolution to put together an "army of humanity" that would first free Palestine.

Rubio is kicking him out of the country.

This is kind of amusing to imagine, but the message from Latin America this year has been "Let the entire Hispanic world into your country or we'll force you."

It reminds me of how Claudia Sheinbaum threatened to "mobilize" if the US taxed remittances to Mexico during the LA Riots. (The US should respond with visa cancellation.)

Latin America doesn't have to be antagonistic to the US. El Salvador's Bukele for example is eager to work with the US and its diaspora home.

The Best Chance for Western Civilization

The word of 2025 is Remigration. In America, Europe, and the rest of the Western world, young people recognize that our countries are facing housing crises, infrastructure crises, public unrest, and a decline in fertility, in volunteerism, and public service. It’s now generally acknowledged that these are issues related to mass migration and the resulting multicultural society in which groups compete for different political priorities under the same superficial flag.

Demography is destiny, and Western Civilization depends on the continuation of the people who created it. The demographic makeup of Western societies is changing dramatically, and against the democratic wishes of the people who live there. The United States is projected to be minority White by 2045. The Office for National Statistics predicts the UK will be minority British by 2063.

However, it’s not too late to restore a healthy demographic majority in a humane, peaceful, and even voluntary way. We are the first institution to put forward policy platforms in English to get it done.

We know Remigration done right is peaceful, humane, and even in-line with the general wishes of all ethnic groups.

✅ 45% of people of color wish to depart the United States

✅ 26% of Asians would like to relocate to their ethnic homelands

✅ In the UK, 66% of non-British people aged 16-34 are considering or actively planning to leave the UK

Are Remigration advocates and Reparations advocates political bedfellows? Perhaps.

Even within states that never owned slaves, or those in which native sons died to abolish slavery, demands for reparations are not going away. It's popularity is only growing with time.

On January 3rd, 2025 draft bill H.R. 40 made it out of the House Judiciary Committee for the first time since its introduction in 1989. H.R. 40 seeks to establish a Commission to Study and Develop Proposals for African Americans. The bill has again stalled in the House, though it will surely be resurrected.

Clearly, this is an issue starkly divided on racial lines. 86% of African Americans support reparations. 28% of Whites back the concept.

The share of African Americans that perceive that American society systemically advantages Whites increased from 77% to 78% between 2020 and 2024. White Americans feel the exact opposite with a four-point collapse in the number of Whites who believe they are systematically advantaged (47% to 43%).

Regardless of actual effect, the views of White and Black Americans on their advantages in American society are becoming more divergent and trends indicate they will continue to polarize. Attempts at persuasion are failing.

Instead of talking over each other, what if we looked for areas of mutual benefit?

We take a look at two reparations proposals, one from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the National African-American Reparations Commission (NAARC) and found some crossover with our Remigration proposal including Repatriation.

We know that

✅ 37% of Hispanics born abroad are already considering leaving the US

The CBP Home app has already been successful in assisting the voluntary deportation of illegal immigrants, both reducing the cost of deportation and assisting the illegal immigrants in their move abroad.

Why can't this incredible advancement be extended to voluntary remigration?
