Professor Osgood will present on the topic:
“Inclusion and Special Education in the United States: An Overview and Critique.”

With advanced degrees in history and education, Professor Osgood’s research explores the historical development of special education, inclusive practices, and teacher preparation. He is a published author, recipient of the Thomas Ehrlich Award for Excellence in Service Learning, and has served as an Ambassador’s Distinguished Scholar to Ethiopia.
