We are looking for an experienced ERP Sales Executive to drive sales of our cutting-edge ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and a passion for building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and delivering company specific ERP solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions to address their business challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Afroel Technologies’ ERP systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the ERP space.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals.
Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP software or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various industries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of the Addis Ababa market and business landscape is a plus.
