About the role
We’re looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Video Annotation Specialist to watch short video clips and label actions, objects, events, and timelines according to clear guidelines. You’ll transform raw footage into clean, structured data that powers AI/ML and product features.

What you’ll do

Annotate video clips with precise labels, timestamps, and metadata.
Follow written guidelines and examples to ensure consistency across tasks.
Review and QA your own work (and occasionally peers’) for accuracy and completeness.
Document edge cases and propose improvements to instructions when something is unclear.
Meet daily/weekly output targets while maintaining quality standards.
Handle sensitive data securely and maintain confidentiality.

Must-haves

Strong English reading and writing skills (you’ll read instructions and write short, clear notes).
Excellent attention to detail (you notice small differences between frames and follow rules exactly).
Working without phone distraction, someone who mastered the art of avoiding their phone during work in a remote work.
Great discipline and reliability (you deliver on time, follow processes, and keep a steady pace).
Ability to learn new tools quickly (web-based labeling platforms, spreadsheets, ticketing).
A computer with stable internet and headphones; comfortable working independently.

Nice-to-haves

Gaming experience (e.g., recognizing HUD elements, objectives, actions, items), helpful but not required.
Prior experience with video/image annotation, QA, transcription, or data labeling.
