It’s a beast, built on trust and performance.

Then a newcomer shows up. The product is still young, not as polished, but it gets a single nod from a major industry figure and suddenly ... boom! It’s the only thing anyone is talking about 🤯 Volumes are crazy, with everyone betting it’s backed by one of the biggest players in the game.

It just shows there are two ways to the top in this space:
1. Build the best product quietly or
2. Get the right attention at the right time for the luckiest ones.

💚 Let's talk regulation... I just read about MiCA in Europe, and it's the perfect example of something that sounded amazing but is turning out... well, not so good 😅

On paper, it was a genius idea: one unified set of rules for the entire EU. Who wouldn't want that clarity, right?
But in practice, it’s becoming a bureaucratic nightmare. Getting licensed in countries like France is a titan's job, crazy expensive and complex. It feels less about enabling innovation and more about building walls that only the big banks can climb‼️

At @terminus_pos, we see the complete opposite happening elsewhere. Vietnam, for example, is creating a new path for crypto. Their upcoming 2026 framework is actually designed to attract talent and capital. A different mindset!
