🛑 Form Blockchain will cease operations on August 15, 2025.
Please withdraw all assets from the Form chain before this date. After August 15, there will be no easy way to access your funds.

🔹 FORM Token Claims (Stakers & Season 2)
You can now claim your FORM tokens if:
- You staked FORM
- You participated in Season 2
Claims are open until August 15, 2025.
If you used the Curves app, your tokens were sent directly to your Privy wallet, export it to MetaMask/Rabby via the Profile > Export Wallet option.
