Regarding the List of Prisoners' Names from Gaza Received from the Occupation via Mediators

Within the framework of the ceasefire agreement, the exchange deal, and the exchange of information between the Palestinian Resistance and the Zionist occupation, and based on communication conducted through mediators that lasted for over a month, the Palestinian Resistance has received a list containing the names of 1,468 prisoners from the Gaza Strip. The list has been followed-up and reviewed with the relevant authorities for verification. The status of all names has been confirmed, with the exception of 11 names currently under investigation and inquiry.

We affirm that several obstacles prevented the official announcement of the list in the past period due to the occupation's procrastination, stalling, and manipulation of a number of names. Thanks to the significant efforts exerted to verify the list, the Prisoners' Media Office has decided to announce the list through its official platforms.

We affirm that the Zionist occupation bears full responsibility for the lives of all prisoners and detainees, and for any manipulation or discrepancies in the list. We further confirm that the occupation is still forcibly concealing other names of prisoners within its jails, and refuses to disclose them to this moment. Nevertheless, we affirm that efforts are continuing around the clock to uncover their fate.

We call on the mediators to pressure the occupation to disclose the names of all prisoners and detainees, ensure their health and humanitarian rights, and stop the grave violations of international laws and norms that the occupation is committing against them.

Amid the ongoing severe weather depression in the Gaza Strip, the humanitarian tragedy endured by hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians has worsened, as the rainwater has flooded their worn-out tents and damaged their remaining basic materials. The camps [for displaced people] have turned into muddy ponds, leaving thousands of families without shelter to protect them from the winter cold—a scene that reflects the growing suffering of our people in the besieged Gaza Strip.

This tragic situation underscores the urgent and immediate need for relief and shelter, as the occupation continues to procrastinate the entry of humanitarian aid, tents, and mobile homes (caravans).

We call upon the guarantors of the [ceasefire] agreement, the UN, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to take immediate action to deliver humanitarian, medical, and shelter supplies to Gaza, as well as to increase the field, popular, and official support to ensure the protection of the displaced and provide them with the minimum requirements for a dignified life amid the catastrophic reality caused by the criminal Zionist occupation.

The fascist occupation's policy of targeting youths and children in the West Bank represents a heinous crime pursued by the government of murder and terrorism, which continues its aggressive practices against our Palestinian people, land, and holy sites.

As we mourn the two martyrs in Hebron, we affirm that all the occupation's attempts to intimidate our people in the West Bank through systematic killing will fail, increase our people's determination and steadfastness, and strengthen the will of resistance.

We further affirm that the aggression of the occupation and its settlers in the West Bank, including targeting the youths and young people who defend their land - most recently the two martyrs from the town of Beit Ummar in Hebron - will only increase our people's commitment to their rights and resolve to confront the [Zionist] arrogance and ongoing assaults.

We call upon our people in Hebron Governorate and across the West Bank to escalate resistance and seek retribution for the blood of the martyrs, deter the settlers, and protect our land and holy sites from the terror of the occupier.

The Terrorist Settlers' Burning of a Mosque in the Occupied West Bank is a Heinous Crime and a Blatant Assault on Religions and Freedom of Worship

The Zionist settler militias' burning of the Hajja Hamida Mosque between the towns of Kafr Hares and Deir Istiya, northwestern Salfit city in the occupied West Bank, constitutes a heinous crime and a blatant assault on the feelings of Muslims and their freedom of worship, as such act once again exposes the level of sadism and racism of the occupation against our people and their Islamic and Christian holy sites.

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) extends its sincerest congratulations to our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and to our successful and outstanding students in the High School (Tawjihi) examinations, whom Allah Almighty has honored with this excellence despite the harsh and horrific circumstances they suffered during the genocidal war on our people and beloved Gaza.

This honorable success, achieved amidst the rubble of war and the pains of the siege, embodies the awareness, solid will, and determination of our Palestinian people to challenge and continue the path of science and civilization. ⭕ Press Statement

The so-called Zionist Knesset's passing of a bill in its first reading for the execution of Palestinian prisoners is an extension of the Zionist government's racist and criminal policy, and an attempt to legalize systematic mass killing against our Palestinian people living under occupation.

The approval of this fascist and sadistic legislation in full view of the world constitutes an insistence on violating international laws and conventions, foremost among them International Humanitarian Law and the principles of human rights.

We call on the international community, the UN, and all rights groups to condemn this dangerous, racist occupation "legislation," impose deterrent sanctions on the rogue Zionist entity, and pressure it to rescind this bill.

We further demand the formation of international investigation committees to visit the occupation's prisons and inspect the conditions of our prisoners, who are subjected to systematic torture and abuse that left dozens of the detainees dead.
