🍬 Exclusive — Goodies update sneak peek

In the Teddie sticker holders chat, one of the devs (Lukas Benda) dropped a promo video for the upcoming update.

We’re getting reforging for Ultimate packs, burning with rewards, and staking with payouts.

Forging
If you have the full sticker set (all rarities in the collection), you’ll be able to reforge it into a single pack that actually has some utility.

Burning
Judging by the video, burning will happen through events tied to specific collections, and you’ll earn points and XP for participating.

Staking
Looks like staking will also give points and XP. Stickers will be locked for 30 days.

Markets already started buying up, and I grabbed myself Timeless Monsters and Dragon Warrior Po so I have full sets for Doodles and Pudgy Penguins X Kung Fu Panda.

Feels like we’re finally getting something interesting in the stickers.

🍦 My takeaways from the October gift upgrades

I had some🎁 Ice Cream and 🎁 Faith Amulet. I sold everything slowly, without rushing. I could have dumped them faster, and maybe in pure $ terms it would’ve turned out even better. Some of it I sold in early November — basically almost everything, except the 🍦 Bitecoin model, which just sold recently. I converted everything to USD using the current TON rate (~$1.83).

When the gifts first started hitting the market, the numbers looked like this:
🎁 Ice Cream (1.36x)
Price incl. upgrade — 125⭐️ ($1.88)
Floor price — 1.18 TON (~$2.7)

🎁 Faith Amulet (1.61x)
Price incl. upgrade — 125⭐️ ($1.88)
Floor price — 1.39 TON (~$3.18)

У меня же вышло:
1.71x on 🎁 Ice Cream, current floor 1.25 TON (~$2.29)
1.38x on 🎁 Faith Amulet, current floor 1.42 TON (~$2.58)

For me, that’s the end of the story with mass gift upgrades — I stopped buying them exactly at the Ice Cream stage. Now I’ll just keep flipping on Portals [post]. And from the flip profit, I’ll slowly buy back the models I personally like.

On Portals today is the last day of trading without fees, and the last day of Season 1. Less than 4 hours left to buy/sell gifts with zero commission.

😺 Cool Cats just launched their app

The app dropped a couple of days ago, but for some reason almost no one is shilling it. Fewer than 1,000 people joined on day one. Still, they’re promising exclusive rewards for the leaderboard.

Cool Cats is a 2021 NFT collection with a floor of 0.21 ETH on ⛵️ OpenSea — 0.21 ETH

At the start it looks like a bunch of short text-based quests with rewards, but there are plenty of mini-games inside too. Give it a try — you might like it. And since the user base is still pretty small, I feel like it’s actually possible to sneak onto the leaderboard and snag something (same story as with the TAC app I wrote about earlier).
